  The pizza is a little greasy but over all it taste good. They didn't mess the pizza up so that's always a plus.

  Jets has amazing pizza!  However if you have a problem at this location and deal with the GM Loren (Memorial location) good luck!  I'm sure everyone can have bad days but he method of management is deflecting the issue of responsibility. Not to mention there is no one except .com above her meaning if she's have a bad day well good luck!  But hands down with good management and staff you will have a great experience.  Try the one on Rutherford instead!

  I ordered our pizza at 5:11....and it is now 7:20 and still no pizza.  I called and our delivery driver was in an accident. .and I do feel terribly about that.  I'm trying really hard to be understanding. But all of our family members are now in bed. .and my husband and I are both hangry.

  I really really hope no one spit in our food because I called to check on it....
  
  Ps. My husband is really angry about the service--he felt like that needed to be said.

  UPDATE! We received our food at 7:51--our poor delivery guy then had to straighten something out because it said we were supposed to pay cash and we paid with a  card.  He said the manager tried to call and explain about why the pizza was so late. That never happened....and both times I called I was told a pizza was on the way (at 6:30 and 7:15). However i am very thankful for our delivery guy. .he was very nice and did a good job with what he was given.  Our receipt said his name was Antonio? That may or may not be correct. However I give you my thanks crazy haired white dude.

  Terrible customer service and the staff doesn't know how to properly top the pizza. When you pay $15 for a pie you'd think there would be at least one pepperoni on each slice. Al least, the pizza place I worked at had that philosophy. Not the case here. I said something when I picked it up but all I got was a blank vacant stare with a drawn out, "Uhhhhhhh..." Before asking me if I wanted him to take my number so a manager could call me the next day. Nope! Lesson learned, never again.

  I ordered a couple of the round pizza's to try, I usually get the 6 corner.  I got a plain cheese and a half pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms and half sausage.  It was hot when I picked it up, which is good, but the pizza was not good, the crust was too thick I think or something, didn't have a lot of flavor and the cheese literally sliding off the pizza.  I don't think I'll be going back again.
